Aurel Goldleaf not in game?

sorry if this is obvious to people or something but, is Aurel Goldleaf not in game?

she doesn't seem to be anywhere in Cenarion Hold when I pick up the quest and certainly not in the spot where this screenshot shows.

That NPC does not exist in the current patch.
