Hi, I have an alt account for my bank toon and lost the account password.

I only found what I believe is how to reset my password on the forums.

Thanks for any help you can provide


Bonus: I deleted a level 60 character, is that character gone for good or can it be returned if I provide the realmplayers and still have the account that I deleted the toon on?
