Creating account doesnt work

Hello guys.
I made a 2nd account for myself, and i would also like to make one for my girlfriend.
However.. when i do that the website says: ACCOUNT CREATION LIMIT REACHED.
Any way i can unlock this so that i can play with my girlfriend without having to share an account ?
