"Disconnect from server" directly after login

Hi all !

I have a problem from yesterday, i can't login without being disconnected automatically after putting my User Name/Password and click on Enter.

Is it possible that I was banned ? If yes, I don't know why, really.

If a GM can help me fast it would be nice, I don't know how to contact them directly

I get this too; the first login attempt gets instant "Disconnected from server", but the 2nd login works.
