Issue: Getting disconnected every time i try to log my account. Created a new one and it works fine. There was no reason for ban and I have no information about ban in my account page on official website. Please, help me solve this issue.

2)just in case: yes, I've tried all suggested on the forum methods with WTF-folder manipulation etc.
3)mac ( os x yosemite ) client used, with out parallels or wine.
