Reason for Being Specifically Targeted in the Rollback?

I was tanking Uldaman when another Server restart occurred. It happened about 10 minutes after we killed a boss where I received a drop I considered extremely lucky, [Cragfists of the Bear]. When everyone in my group reconnected they spawned in the spot we were when the crash happened with everything behind them cleared, no progress lost. Except I alone spawned in the previous boss' room. With my recent Blue drop gone. What's more, the potions and bandage that I used in the boss fight were gone from my bag too. So the rollback was targeted specifically at me in the time between the boss kill and me picking up the gloves.

The previous time it happened I was told that I was out of luck and that it happens to a lot of people, but this time it specifically happened to me! You can understand my frustration. I fully understand that the devs are experiencing server instability and I am willing to be patient, but I feel particularly affected in this case.

I understand that they have a lot on their plate today and I have little expectation to get the loot back, but is there an answer as to why it happened to me alone? I was looking forward to playing a lot more this weekend, but if there's something that I have been doing wrong (an interfering mod or connection failure?) I'd like to remedy it before I attempt to play again.

My guildies lost loot from Emperor a few months back due to the rollback. He dropped 2x Hand of Justice and Ironfoe.

Shit happens.
