Question about VPN

Hello! Hope this is the correct place to ask

i often use a VPN when playing on nostalrius as i do use it for getting netflix in another country and for security when i am at public networks and work.

Just wondering if it will have any negative effect on my account? thinking of that people might use the same VPN vendor and doing bad stuff like botting and attempting to use hacks and stuff?

i've experienced it with another private server (on another game however) that i got banned as someone used a VPN and all accounts that had been connected to that IP got banned.

Just wondering if something similiar can happen here. Just a little afraid that i what i experienced another place can happen again.

I am wondering the same thing. I travel a lot between asia and europe, and sometime I have to use VPNs with european IPs when in China. I sent 2 pms to GM but got no reply

I got banned for using a VPN a couple of times on retail, but I doubt they give it much thought here.
I had to call Blizz on the phone & explain that was using a VPN service so they wouldn't think I was sharing the account.
That said, you ought to check the Nost ToU.

VPN's are absolutely ok to use. In some situations, they are the only option.
