actually you dont understand, its part of the game and it doesnt matter for what reason and how many times a player ganks/camps another player, the intentions behind it do not really matter, kill is kill (pvp is pvp) i once ganked some guy for more then 1 month, i was locating and ganking him over and over again and you know why i can do it ? its part of the game, nothing about this breaks the terms of use.

Well that's funny because any time I see comments on these forums like your's, I feel like they can only come from a kid with too much time and lack of responsibilities. Now I am seeing "salt" and "salty". So either that is some European thing i'm unfamiliar with or it join's "rekt" for things kids are saying now.

And if you are not a child or young adult without responsibilities like a career, family and children. And you still find this sort of thing funny and entertaining, I feel sorry for you. Because you seriously have a lack of any moral compass for human decency.

To know where he is all the time would need them to log an Alliance toon on and check on him - That alone is against the TOS and abusing the fact they are creating an account to spy on members of the other factions. This guy have moved zones which people reccomend and they are spying on him to see where he is and moving there.

I played retail vanilla, from launch. I played for 8 or 9 years, exclusively on a pvp server. I am well aware of how the GAME works and that it is a pvp server.

And I am not saying act as if this game is real life. But again, there is a clear difference between getting ganked randomly and then someone actively seeking you out, for weeks to intentionally to ruin your game experience. Killing you repeatedly, over 50 times. And then boast about on the internet?

You are corect Genovahero, it's a game. There is a wide array of ways that you can choose to play. There are also rules put in place, like in many games, for what would be considered excessive. Whether or not you crossed that line, I don't know and it would be up to staff to determine. Chances are they don't give a rat's ass in this situation.

What often irks people is the idea of "moral compass". Do you act differently in this game because of the power of anonymity, or are you the same kind of asshole in real life "games". Would you make a game like checkers unplayable for your opponent in real life and irritate them to no end and throw up your hands and just say, "what's wrong with you, it's just a game."

Yes, you have the option to be an asshole in all things. The idea of fucking with someone else's enjoyment in a "game" is always an option here and in real life. The shield of "it's a pvp server" or "it's always been this way" is a straw man argument obscuring the real issue that some people are just assholes that enjoy the power granted them through anonymity and desire to be the center of attention.
