For the past two Sundays after 8pm the server stability has been unplayable with restarts occurring in 10-15 minute intervals over hours at a time. This has been going on more or less since the start of BWL, we only notice it on Sundays and Wednesday because that is when we raid, but it may very well be happening on other weekdays as well.
Being east coast players, our guild raids east coast times which translate to early morning server time (1a-5a server). We've found it a great time to play since the majority of the server is EU and in bed, generally speaking the pop is lowest when we raid.
This brings us to two questions..
1. Since the population is at it's lowest during these times, is the Dev team taking that opportunity to deploy patches and hotfixes because it is only effecting a small portion of the player base.
2. If number 1 is true, and the Devs are using that window to deploy patches/hotfixes when can we expect it to stop. We raid two days a week at these times and we haven't been able to do really any raiding since the last major patch because the servers keep getting restarted. Last night we attempted Onyxia over 10 times in a 2 hour window, never able to get to phase 3 before the server would restart.
We understand that this is a private server and don't expect the same level of stability and communication we would from retail. We'd just like to know if this is going to be mainstay going forward, and if it is are you simply dropping support for NA based players or are there plans to either change the patch deployment schedule or even open up a US timed server.
