Lost Items/Gold after server crash (RAID)

okay, you're right. but its not fair that the GM's dont do anything if the loot was not set to any player. In our case we had no time to set the last item, few seconds after killing vaelastrasz the server crashed.

what can we do if a server crashes 10 seconds after killing a boss ? nobody can set 3 items within that time... thats pretty stupid to say "you dont met the ToU" - i know you are only repeat that ToU but but i think the GM's may find a better solution for that kind of issue.

I understand if the GMs say "We don't ever restore items, because we don't have the time." It is a private run server and if they don't want to, then so be it. What is really annoying are people pretending to be in charge and telling random nonsense.

The case is clear, and either a GM responds or not. No need to add random bullshit that just confuses everyone.

Couldn't agree more. It sounds like the staff is looking for excuses not to help people by inventing a list of technicalities that are purposely set up so that you will likely not be helped. Weaksauce.

Our guild had a Rag kill where his hammer you loot despawned and we never got loot from him, had screenshots, exact time, we all sat in his lair and waited while our guild leader talked to a GM and they still wouldn't restore. We also had someone running raidstats and it still just shows up as a blank rag kill with no loot.

This is precisely what happened after the first down ,in our guild, of Lashlayer.
We killed Lash, and crash. Three items lost.
