Lost an entire tier of Timbermaw Rep!!!!

So I grinded my way to 340/3000 neutral rep with Timbermaws (which is annoying because the repeatable quests dont work). I logged in today and saw my rep is now 340/3000 UNFRIENDLY!!! I lost an entire 3000 rep, an entire tier out of no where im so salty that took forever. How can i fix this anyone have any idea?? Theres no way i killed good guy furbies either.

please make an in-game ticket through the red question mark, "Stuck" and "Still stuck, page a GM". The repeatable quests will be added in a later patch to the game.
