Hello,

The game's resolution must be one of 640x480, 720x480, 720x576, 800x600, 1024x768, 1280x720, 1280x768, 1152x864, 1280x960, 1280x1024, or 1600x1200.

Hope that clears things up for you.

Vanilla is limited to 120hz though. If you have problems with resolution you can just go window mode.

Not to nitpick but vanilla does support 144hz
