Nefarian BWL bug phase 1

I just made reprot about nefarian

How it seems:
nefarian can randomly evade if any warlock have imp in phase shift.
nefariand can evade at moment of landing
some shit with spawning during phase one can happend (extra spawn and it continues spawning after nefarian landing). Extra spawning can start not at moment of start fighting but during the phase one)

If i understand right this problem (extra spawn) was started after fixing of 1side spawn (this bug https://report.nostalrius.org/plugins/tracker/?aid=2531 )

We had only 2 attempts with normal spawning and it was killable enough but we got evade during nef landing.
All other attempts (about 7) we had shit with spawning during phase one.
