i know that Nostalrius doesn't restore any item of any quality because of rollback etc... But i have to write this topic as a question for you. I did a quest for item: Skull of Impending doom, but unfortunately i deleted it. If there was any chance to return that thing back, i would be grateful.

If they won't restore items from their own faults, what makes you think they would restore something if you are at fault?

Next time be careful what you sell/delete.
