I notice that literally all of the in-game ticket submission options respond with "Game Masters do not handle bug reports." I'm just trying to get some general support from a Nostalrius GM. Specifically, I picked the wrong quest reward and want to know if a GM can assist me by switching out what I chose with what I meant to choose. Is there a way to contact a GM for this manner of concern?

Changing quest rewards is not something they will do. Only way to get the item is to make a new character and redo the quest.
