Problem with pet after AV game

I have problems with my pet after AV game, got fake pet and cant remove him or change on another one.
Can Game Mater help me with solve this bug? Im used ticket system and nothing happens in 5 day...

use this script to abandon your fake pet:

/script PetAbandon()

Remember to capitalize the two letters. That should fix the issue.
