Low latency lag

Hello,
I just joined the community this evening,I downloaded the client and entered the game for the first time . Everything seems fine besides a latency problem : my current MS is at 30 and I still experience a small lag which is constant. Casting a spell or talking to a NPC,it is the same ^^ . Could anyone enlighten me upon this issue and maybe give me a solution ? Thank you ! Note that my internet is perfectly fine .

Its server sided lage whenever the realm is during peak hours. They're working constantly to improve lag and optimize the gameplay.

Nothing you can do about it, everyone has the lag but you're one of the lucky ones if you have only 30 ms.
