Greetings GM,

I am a player from China. I started my adventure after my friend introduced this server to me. It is not easy to level up to 60 but it is really a nice adventure and I do enjoyed it very much. Unfortunately, when I tried to log in to the game today, I was told my account is banned. Then I checked on the website, and it says my account was banned due to gold transaction. I personally have never bought or sold any gold, not even a copper. I was guessing this is because I received 15 gold from my friend next to Stormwind mailbox, and I logged off a few minutes later. This 15 gold was given to me from my friend and now I have only 29 gold with me? Is it just because I received 15 gold so that it is considered as gold transaction and my account is then banned?
Could you please take a look at my case and let me know what is the reason that my account is closed? Thank you and appreciate your time.

You should delete your account name from your OP - You should only post your id in game.

Also you have posted this in the wrong section - You need to post this under the "Account Issues" section.

You will get a quicker response there.

LOL its not cause u are from china...what is wrong with you? and no u dont get banned for gold u get from ur friend prob ur friend bought from gold services and gave some of those to u im guessing even tho is unfair too if u didnt know and that brick didnt not tell u go ask him that noob if that gold was from those services and if its true smack his head, cause its stupid to get banned for fools when u just wanna level up slow
