Cant log in even it says "Success"

I cannot log in.

I enter in my info correctly, goes through authenticating and i get success. But then it says "disconnected from server".

I am able to log in to my brothers account from the same computer and IP.

I checked and am not banned.

PLEASE HELP!

I have done the things state in the forum. It does not work. The realm i am trying to log in is "nostralius begins". After selecting the realm it still does not work and says disconnected from server. Sometimes it just sits at "connected".

I see others having a similar issue. It does not say im banned ( i didnt do anything against terms so I should not be banned) I can get into a friends account from my IP/computer but cannot get into mine. Friend cannot get into my account from a different IP.

This started happening after a recent server crash. WHen i was on the loading screen my computer turned off. Now I am getting this.

Is it possible that the game thinks im already logged in and just permantly trying to log in? Would like this cleared up. I spent way to many hours in game to lose all of this.
