[BUG] Marshall Windsor

This awesome dude is one of the better parts of Alliance/Human lore and game experience in vanilla, so I was quite disappointed to find out that most of his "performance" is missing from the game.

The initial quests work fine (well, the crumpled up note drop rate is way too high!) up to Jailbreak! At that point, several things are missing:

1) Windsor does not run his mouth off during the Jailbreak! He is utterly silent. I remember that he had a pretty interesting script to go through.

2) He does not go to the supply room to get his gear. Instead he walks unarmed and in his boxer shorts throughout BRD.

3) He does not seek revenge against his fellow inmates. He does the walk through that tunnel but that's all.

End result? An extremely boring 4 minutes watching Windsor slowly walking, almost naked, through the two prison tunnels in BRD without anything happening.

Then when you return to Stormwind, there are further issues:

4) Squire Rowe has parts of the dialogue in French.

5) The last comment Windsor makes to the General at the gates is also in French.

6) If Lady Katrina Prestor is not present in the Keep, Windsor handles BOTH sides of the dialogue himself, which is hilarious. She should be spawned when the player tells Windsor that they are ready outside the Keep.

7) Since Prestor is not there, no Dragonkin get summoned either, though Windsor still drops dead.

At least the quests are possible to complete. Final note, when riding up to the SW gates, Windsor's horse is partially inside the ground.

Not game-breaking by any means of course, just tad disappointing.
