Blink Missing

Hello! I started playing today and noticed that my Blink(spell) on my mage is completly missing. I dont have it in my spellbook and It cant be trained by my classtrainer. Please help

I tried to look up on tuleap but I couldnt make any sense of it,so sorry for posting here.
