Can't target anything!

Hi all, I just got going on Nostalrius last night. Installed the game, logged in and I can't target any mobs, players, npc's. When i hit 'V' the mob name and health bar comes up and i can then target them but it doesn't work on anything else.

Left click works fine in the menus, I can hold down both left and right down to run, things like that.
I cannot target enemies, loot them, talk to npc's or highlight other players.

I have also have no add-ons installed.

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.

So, I logged in today and everything is working.
Didn't make any changes, weird!
