Chat Bug

I have the same problem, im above lvl 5 and i was chatting suddenly it stopped working dunno why.
Deleted the chat cache, the account folder in WTF.. no use..
made a new character and that one can chat. dunno what to do, without chat i cant join groups and cant play normally.

Deleting the WTF folder always used to work for me when this happened.
I havent played in a few months but I think in game if you right click your chat tab and hover over all the chat channels, you can choose which ones to show.
