Hello gm, i just got ninjaed in UBRS raid run. how to fix?

Hello.

i just run a upper blackrock spire run and i pay 1 gold to enter. then the raid leader turn on masterloot and say roll. we roll and then he give sword to his friend or other person. i know this is not fair. and against rules. he say he turn on masterloot and give loot equally.

then they starting spamming chat about how they won't get in trouble.

do they get in trouble? this isn't fair. it's not fair i can't pug without masterloot on because of some mean and cruel players.

i said i needed the item and i didnt get it. how does it work? does the item get stripped from him and i get the item i won? or just penalty? not sure please help. thank you

There are no server rules governing loot distribution in dungeons. You need to go with people you trust, or guildies, or put those players on your ignore list. If they were scamming you (like you offered to pay 100g for Felstriker, it drops, they take your 100g and don't give it to you), then you might have a case, but the way you described it - tough luck, move on.

Oh and because you took so much time to hide it... nice keybinds!
