Even during server disconnects I'm pretty sure they don't recover the loot unless it actually landed onto the characters and then was removed due to a rollback, not 100% sure though so don't quote me

I am 100% on that, and you could take just 2 minutes and scan this forum and you would find well over 10 posts with gm responses on this very issue with the very specific circumstances needed to actually have loot recovered which you don't come even close to meeting.

The replies were spot-on: we do not restore loot that does not meet all of the criteria mentioned in our Terms of Use. In this circumstance, it cannot be restored.
