Cant Log in?

HI after last nights crash i am unable to log in to the account that i was playing during the crash. Doesn't say I'm banned or anything when i log in just says unable to connect on the game client. On the site it says bad credentials. Anyone know how to fix this ?

Ok I attempted to. It said that that user name was already taken. So my account is still active. But is still locked

I had the same problem earlier today and now when I try to login it says that im banned. It's been that way fir about an hour. I totally haven't done anything that could lead to bans,just played the game. Account name is Tolwana.

Hi there,

My gf and I also can't log on, from different machines (same IP tho) since yesterday. It just says unable to connect. We entered the details properly I'm sure. None of the fixes on the sticky thread at the top worked, except calling the ISP, in my country they won't bother with this minor of an issue =/

Also having an issue, I logged in fine, but when i went to try the new server it disconnected me, then made it so I cannot log back in. Please Haaaaalp!!! -Skittlesaku

Also having a issue, logged in when i woke up, went to the realmlist and switched to PVE server to check it out, dc'd me, and now i cannot login. auto D/C. please figure this one out .
