Lost Frostwolf Insignia

Hey,
i somehow lost my frostwolf insignia (rank 1). i'm pretty sure that i didn't destroy or vendor it. It just disappeared from my inventory. Is there any way to get a new one? If i remember correctly there was a way to get a new one back in retail from a npc.
