Can't talk on any channel

I have weird problem I never faced before.

During 2-3h long game session I can probably write 4-5 sentences on chat.
Why can't I write stuff on general or /say ??

just started... lvl5... praying to God that I complete Gloom Weed quest by the end of this year

EDIT: just wrote 2 times on general... 3rd time I tried to respond on chat it didn't appear.

That's why.

Until level 10 (?) your channel access is pretty limited, and you can only post a few lines.

Is this a new thing? Before ( about 1 week ago ) i was able to speak, and everything at level 5... Now if i try. SOMETIMES it works, and MOST of the time it doesnt. Like it doesnt say " You cant use this channel yet " It says NOTHING. and your chat doesnt appear. AND if you KEEP trying ( about 3-5 more times ) in too short of a period. You get a ban hammer for chat spam.

I think your answer is wrong, because its supposed to give you a message when something is limited, now it bans you even when your chat doesn't appear. Also i wouldnt say it were limited because sometimes i CANT speak at all, not in say, whisper, anything like that. Normally if you type, YOU can see it. but no one else can if you're too low of a level. Also when yout ry to speak in Channels, it give you a message. This is completely different. Our games are bugged i believe.

Also i have a level 13, and its still happening. I can't even speak in group chat, or say..
I don't know what to do. I contancted ingame GM's about 3 days ago, and they said they were investigating but my problem still persist. Its rather annoying when you whisper someone, and they inv you to a group, and you cant speak, and if you keep trying it ban.. So if you relog you quit group,or you get kicked from it because you arent saying anything/

Edit : I've been using 3 different accounts also... So its not the problem on the account. I think its my computer? i also AM NOT using any addons, so im really confused

I cannot talk in general any longer, i cannot even join the channel. Can someone help me figure this out? thank you.

This problem went away after disabling my addons. Maybe wanna check on this.

I came here to bump the post since I'm lvl10 now and still can't talk freely.

Sad to see so many people having this exact issue, but on the other hand I'm glad i'm not the only one.
Looking forward to get to bottom of this.

I can't speak at all... like 1 sentence and than 30mins break.
Vanilla wow is about communication with people... I can't find groups for harder quests.
Please, be quick about this since it's really gamebreaking issues.

Have you disabled your addons and tried?
