Hello - I just got scammed by Pidzhachello, where he was supposed to make me lionheart helm, took the mats and feel, but didn't make it for me. I have screenshot the transaction.

I also talked to the guild master of his guild "Fearkill" of "FEAR", who confirmed that this had indeed happened and that Pidzhachello did logout after.

Make a ticket in game, referencing your screen shots.
The penalty for scamming is permaban without any warnings.
Seems a shame people will waste all that time to get to 60 just to scam someone and get banned.
Unfortunately you will not get you mats back however, based on how these cases usually go.
