Quest Bug? "In Dreams"

I could not target Isillien in the Fordring Escort so he killed me while Taelan ran around in circles. I could not get back to my body in time to hand the quest in to Tirion and am wondering if I need to restart the quest or it is bugged all the way through.

I tried to report the bug on the http://report.nostalrius.org/ but it won't send me the verification email.

Easiest thing is to just drop the quest & re-do it.
The bug tracker website will send the verification email but it might take a few hours.
