You won't get much help by just saying that "it doesn't work". I suppose that you've registered an acount at https://en.nostalrius.org/register, logged onto your e-mail and clicked the verification-link in the mail.

Where's the error?
Are you able to logg into your account through the website?
Have you changed your realmlist?
