MC Master Loot Bug(re-post)

Hi. Re-posting this topic due to no reply on original thread.

Good afternoon,
There was a master loot bug during MC run. The winner's name did not appear on the master loot distribution list. So I raid leader (Vertune) looted in behalf of him and requesting item transfer to its true owner.

Item: Cenarion Leggings
Date: 24th Oct 2015

it's really annoying that opening a ticket in-game isnt working atm.

Yeah FFA will fix that problem but running it on FFA in a PuG raid is rather too risky
