Hacked and Tampered account

Hi, I'm writing on behalf of a good friend of mine Oioi(lvl 60 undead mage). Today during our Molten Core raid, he was suddenly disconnected from the game server, and when he logged back on his undead mage character was no longer available. We suspect that his account might be hacked and tampered with. Oioi has been a valuable member to our gaming community, we are trying to help in anyway that we can, and on behalf of all our members, we are asking for your help to please restore his character and account.
