Why won't they just reply?

So on Sunday night 1/11/15 I got a Hand of Edward the Odd from a UBRS run. I went to /world to find a buyer and found one pretty quick. A priest named Kaogoma messaged me saying they really wanted it, and that it was going to fulfil their dreams so I was ready to sell it to them. I would have traded it to them once I got out of UBRS but they were offline and they said to C.O.D. it to them earlier. I did, for 200g, but now they are ignoring me. I've asked them multiple times, multiple days to send it back or pay for it. I was hoping a GM could talk to them? Or take it back from them? Any help is much appreciated!

It will get sent back to you eventually, which I believe is 30 days from when you sent it. Since there doesn't appear to be any scamming or fraud, I would not expect a GM to get involved.

If you think the person is using it as some form of scam, then you should open an in-game ticket.
