Pink Mageweave shirt bug????

Apologies if this is a misinformed/noob bug post, I've spoken to several people in game and they have no idea, I also searched before posting this.

I'm a lvl 10 warlock on the new PVE server, with 34 tailoring, I was getting the fetch quest for Void and checked out the Master Shadoweave trainer, then this happened

Could someone explain what this is, and if it is bannable?
