Hidden Chat Pop-ups on PvE Server

Hi, I'm a 24 Troll Rogue (Shubox) on the PvE server and just last week the chat and game was going great but come last Friday I log onto the game to see all settings have been put to default and even rendered my chat to not show that I joined a channel, guild, nor friends or guildies appearing online (also I can't see server warnings) . I need help on this bug because my PvP characters don't have this problem. Hoping for a reply
