Changing password

I cant change password in game anymore? bugged? If I try to do at the site, nothing happens when I press the reset button in the mail i get.

I have the similar problem, my account was hacked, and I tried to change my password. when I put in username and email, and then press reset buttion, there is no link sent to my mail box. and shows my username or email is wrong, but I am sure it is correct. How can I do? wait for 10 days? is there somebody can help us???
