I am scanning as we speak. But i just want to say that this NEVER happens on any other game.
and i play everything from csgo to arma 3 and normal wow aswell.
So i don't see how it could possibly be my computer? :S

That could be because of v sync which just caps your fps to 60 for smoother performance, its not going to make or break the gameplay.
You mentioned earlier in your post about the using the developer code for smoother gameplay. Please note the first half of the commands unlock graphics options that wow originally did not have, and puts may more strain on your PC. It could of been that. Did you try completely deleting the wow classic folders, and then completely reinstalling them? With no addons, developer code ect
