Stuck on Retrieving Char list

im stuck on retrieving char list but the server is up and playable. is there anything I can do to fix this?

Same tried logging but stuck on Retrieving Character on the PVP server. But I can successfully log into PVE server.

I am also stuck on retrieving character list. I am in eastern NA. Anyone know what's going on?
