When I take screen caps of players safe spotting in town where exactly do I submit them to report that player?

I have screen caps of both Canzor and Thomaszine safespotting in Gadzetzan

make an in-game GM ticket by pressing the red question mark, select "Stuck", then "Still stuck - page a GM" and write out your issue in the ticket. Please include links to any relevant screenshots.
