Couldn't loot item

15 minutes ago after killing goblin boss at Maraudon i couldnt loot dagger drop. i was the only one to need....
something similar happened 2 days ago when epic mace dropped from trash and dissappeared,no one looted it after greed.Well i would like to know ,is this happening often or is just me? :evil:
