Cyclonian bugged?

Hi, I just finished to gather the itens for the cyclonian quest but i still cant complete it. This is a screenshot showing this:

Drop the quest and get it again. You should be able to turn it in at that time.

It worked when i dropped the itens on my bank, abandoned the quest and then accepted again. Thanks =)
