if that doesn't work:
- click on "Help Request" (the "?" symbol)
- click on "Issues that GMs can assist with"
- click on "Stuck"
- click on "Auto-Unstuck", if that doesn't work:
- click on "Still not working, page a GM" and wait for a GM to whisper you.
