Report: someone use lv1 character insult me

Dear GM:
i have played a warlock named nokidding in the pve server.
idk what i have done make someone feel unhappy and he always create lv1 character insult me.
i have contact a GM in game yesterday.
the gm told me ingorne him and make some screenshots if he continue do this.
now when i was in blasted lands, a lv1 character named sdwea insult me again.
that make feel very very angry!
i love nostalirus and enjoy my time here. but the fuxked man make me feel nervous.
please help me!

this is only punishable if you ignore them and they make another character to get around your ignore i think
