[60+] In Dreams (Bugged)

So this quest is bugged out for me, i can't complete it. Did everything step for step and when it was done this happend https://gyazo.com/e2e2a19c66a0de04a219a77a3cfd33f7 and the quest does not get completed.... Really want that neck from the quest... Whats wrong
