Hello, sorry to post this question, but I looked through the stickies and did not find anything related to my problem(I may have just missed it, if I did please link me to the correct post and I will just follow that).
I have downloaded, and installed the game (with little problem), I have created an account (again no problem), and I have logged in. My problem is that the mouse pointer on the screen is not moving(technically it is moving, but I can not see it, the icon stays in one place even though I can move it around). I only know this because when I mouse over an object, accidentally, it highlights and I can click on it. I have tried using the mouse pad on my laptop, the one on my wireless keyboard, and a USB mouse, all with out any positive effect. I'm not very tech savvy, but I can follow clear direction reasonably well. I have Windows 10 if that makes a difference.

I also just downloaded the game on Nov 9th and am also running Windows 10. Im having this exact issue. I too have tried my laptop track pad and a usb mouse, none which have worked.

I would love to play this game please help us!

please disable any non-default mouse cursors in Windows. They are the most common reason for this issue.

I am using the default cursor. I'm having this issue on my Surface Pro 3. I tried disabling the track pad, detaching my keyboard, uninstalling and reinstalling the game, etc. I was wondering if there was anything else i could try to get the mouse icon moving as it has been very hard leveling up without being able to accurately click things lol

EDIT/SOLUTION: So i got the mouse icon to react finally. There are two ways to fix this. The first way is (if your running windows 10) to right click on your desktop, select display settings, and change the option that reads " Change the size of text, apps, and other items" to 100%. Mine was set to a default of 150% and that caused the problem. If you want to keep that scaling of 150%, then all you have to do is play the game in windowed mode. In windowed mode it should work no matter what. Hope this helps someone!

You can try typing this in chat:
/console gxCursor 0

(default is 1 instead of 0)
and restart the game, maybe this will solve your problem

I have the same problem, downloaded today. Can't move the mouse and therefore not get past the I agree notice on startup and unable to play. Running win 10 default mouse cursor.

I am having the same issue. When I try to change things in game the game crashes wanting to send an error report.
