i and others cant see what im writing in chat

i just joined the community and i have a huge problem with 2 of my characters (one lvl 5 and the other lvl 2) , if i log in i can write in say and channels chat and also see it, but only for the first 1-2 seconds after that i cant write in say or other channels anymore , i don't see it and others also don't see it, the only thing that works is whispers i can send and receive whispers but that's it , things i already tried is, to delete the addons , wtf and wdb folder but no luck the problem just wont go away and i don't know what i can do anymore im on windows 7 x64 and have wow started as an admin

This happened to me when I was low level. I think it is a system to prevent bots and spammers from overloading chat. Try just leveling and getting to 10 and see if it helps, it should let you chat normally after 10. I think it only applies to chars below a certain level. Try relogging everytime it happens too.

If your chat is hardcore fucked and you're above level 10, make sure you actually hard exit your client when you relog.
