[BUG] Quest : Missing Diplomat, Can't turn in to Jaina!

So I did the part where you subdue hendel. I thought lore was supposed to happen but it didn't, so I ran back to theramore and went upstairs to jaina and the guy. I turned it in to the guy, and then the question mark turned blue, and a yellow one went up on top of Jaina.

Talking to the guy now with a blue question mark, shows me the quest reward ring and "complete quest", but clicking it does nothing. I've relogged, restarted client and computer, it doesn't work.

Jaina, with the yellow question mark, just says "Greetings Zipzo", that's it.

Any solutions or can a GM assist me with this issue, I'd like the xp and reward from this

For the record I no longer have the quest in my log, so I can't abandon anything.

Same problem. Can't get my reward for quest chain

Even after the server restart, the same thing has persisted. Same issue, can't get the reward and had to skip it .

Is there a way for us to contact GM's in-game or is this the only way?

Same issue for me, already reported.
However, a friend managed to turn in the quest. It was a few days ago, maybe one week. I had reported the bug a few days before that so I thought it was fixed, but it isn't (I tried to delete my WDB folder).

So, I was able to turn in the quest but I know of this bug. It happened on TheRebirth.

I'm trying to remember the specifics of it. I'd detail EVERYTHING you did in that room and the order you talked to the NPC's in your report if you haven't. This was a year or so ago when I encountered the bug on TheRebirth, so it might be the same here. If I remember the problem lied in the order in which I talked to the NPC's that bugged the quest out.

Ok . I can't remember what I did honestly. and there is no way to fix it by ourselves once we encountered the bug I guess?

Why don't fix that. How to connect with GM? Can't take ring for a week...

I ran into this very problem earlier today and a GM by the name Cantrip reassured me that there is nothing they can or will do about helping people with this problem. He/She claims they are working on repairing this quest, which by the time they get around to this I assume I will be long past mid 30s to even care to come back for it.

What a shame considering the amount of time and traveling of Azeroth it took to even get to this final part just to be shunned away by GM's and NPC's alike.

I agree i spent a lot of time to do this quest only to get stuck in the same spot as all of you responding here.
i think the problem lies in it disappearing from quest log unfortunately you cant abandon it and try again and deleting WDB folder is no help either! i Guess my Hunter Rohiel will have to forget about this quest.

Guys i have same problem
looks like it happens when you finish this Qline with someone
first - done well
second - get stuck like us, for a NO WAY

feel so bad, cause trying to do all the quest, but now it's unreal for me =\ don't want to start a new character only cause of this
