Elemental Sharpening Stone crit bug is working on live

So I am in game now, and I've noticed this before, but I didn't realize just how bad this is, because in the past I could fix it manually by relogging.

After applying Elemental Sharpening Stones (crit stones) my crit goes up 4% normally (2% for each stone) but I haven't had quite the amount of performance edge that I should have even while spending a lot of gold on these.
Every weaponswap to a weapon without a crit stone, and then back to the weapon lowers my natural crit by 2%, which is required for a warrior to tank, and also for weapon swapping for execute.

So after leaving a raid, looking at my crit in my tooltip, with my gear on it is sitting at 15.55%
And taking all of my gear off, my crit as a level 60 goes to 0.00%





Please take a look at this because I've been doing some under par dps lately in raids and I couldn't explain why until I realized my crit % was going down during the raid!

Naked with 0% crit showed 5 crits in 55 auto attacks on level 7s

I have to log for the night, but the way I could see my crit chance go down manually, was wearing the buffs during a raid, maybe dying a few times with them on, reapplying them, and then watching the tool tip while weapon swapping. Swapping my mainhand to something without a crit stone would cause my crit on the tooltip to go down 2%, but then reequipping it would remain the same.

On the raid night I tried relogging half a dozen times to the same 15.55% crit
Today I log in and now it is 27.55% crit, so either being offline long enough or something with the server caused my crit to raise back up to a normal amount.
