Rogue Quest Bugged

Hi,

I've currently had my rogue lvl 20 poisons quest bug out and I've tried everything to include erase the quest to try to get it again with no luck. My game name is havôck (alt 147) I was hoping to either have it reset or completed. It bugged out after defeating the elite, gathered the head and flew all the way back to org. Said completed in my tracker but no head was in my bag. I fly back kill the elite again and it said the head had already been looted, I was the only one trying to loot. After the other rogue looted the head with no issues.

Plz help as this is devastating to the character.
